Judas Priest has reunited, and thus the previous vocalist Ripper Owens has been replaced with the "metal god" Rob Halford. Actually I must admit that I quite liked Owens' performance on the two previous Priest albums. However, since Halford is a great vocalist for Priest and Owens is doing well with Iced Earth nowadays, there's nothing to complain about.

Many have doubts about reuniting bands. However, Judas Priest proves sceptics wrong, since they've managed to compose an album containing some rather memorable songs. However, some might wish to hear something new, and on that score Judas Priest doesn't surprise in any way - the songs cleave to the "good old" Priest material.

Roy Z (Halford, Masterplan etc.) produced this album together with Judas Priest. The sounds are to the point, and the mastering has been done rather professionally as well. However, there are few minor impurities on the record.

The limited edition of this album contains a 40-minute DVD, which is rather nice addition to the album itself. In addition, the limited edition of this album is packaged in digibook format. All in all, Judas Priest has come up with quite good album that contains some "hits". Simply: the Priest is back!
