One of Dan Swanö's numerous projects (he never seems to get enough of different projects). Anyway, Nightingale is my favourite of all Swanö's projects. This is the first album of Nightingale, and it starts the story of 'the Breathing Shadow'. I've always liked more of Dan's clean voice. And that's what you get when you listen to Nightingale. Other than that, you'll hear Dan's melodic guitar solos.

What I like the most in Nightingale's music, is the atmosphere. All the songs are very fluid... the songs just flow. Also the melodic guitar playing is very appealing... As a guitarist I appreciate melodic guitar playing (not just mindless shredding) and the melodic songwriting seems to be one of Dan's strengths.

Length is little bit over 53 minutes, which is ok (although I could have listened some more). Very nice album, check it out if you haven't already.
